Aerial Mellow Flow is a practice developed by Kevin in collaboration with his students and fellow teachers at OM Factory NYC in 2013. At its core, it is a hybrid of Yin Yoga and Aerial Yoga, taught with an Aerial Hammock rigged about one foot above your yoga mat. Gentle flowing sequences, restorative postures and meditation can also be woven into the class sequence.

Kevin is teaching one class each month at OM Factory NYC on Sunday Nights at 7:30 PM.
